My Story

Molly’s calling to help others live a healthy lifestyle of grace and ease began when she was young.  She grew up with a mother diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and many other autoimmune diseases.  Her first yoga therapy training was offered through the MS Society, which was her doorway to becoming a certified yoga therapist and helping others fight disease, illness, and chronic pain.  Along her path, she began to discover that overall well-being is through the lens of the five elements and the five bodies.  This is when she dove deep into living a life of ease through physical exercise, healthy nutrition, seasonal gardening, medicinal use of plants, reiki, meditation, and her spiritual connection to nature.  Through her personal wellness journey, she studied with some of the best healers in Ayurveda, Herbalism, and Wellness, they continue to guide her through natural health, physically, energetically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.  For over 30 years her calling has been helping others live a life of balance, ease, and overall well-being.

She is truly passionate about overall health, wellness and being truly connected to nature!  She and her husband live on a 7-acre farmette where they restored their 100-year-old farmhouse that has been in his family for more than 50 years.  On their Kauffman Homestead, they do their best in this busy world to live a wholesome lifestyle as beekeepers, gardeners, herbalists, hunters, gatherers, and simple folk.
