Jamie Hogan
MA, LPC, NCC, RYT-200

I began my journey in the counseling field in 2006, and from the start I recognized the importance of a whole-body approach to healing. Too often, parts of ourselves are left unattended, leaving symptoms unresolved and preventing us from feeling fully whole. My work is grounded in helping each person discover their unique path to healing—because no two journeys are ever the same.

One of my core influences is Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), which emphasizes mindfulness and practical skills to reduce emotional distress. For many clients, this is a powerful foundation for finding relief and building resilience.

Over the years, I’ve also found that many people want to explore their spiritual side, deepen their self-understanding, or connect with energy healing practices. I have been a practicing energy healer for over 10 years and a Reiki Master/Teacher for more than 5 years. I enjoy guiding others in exploring spirituality and personal growth in a supportive, nonjudgmental way. For those interested, I can integrate tarot and oracle cards into therapy sessions—not as divination, but as tools for reflection, insight, and new perspectives on your path.

Most recently, I’ve been studying and practicing somatic psychology, incorporating body-based awareness and movement into the healing process. As a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200), I offer weekly yin yoga classes that complement therapy by supporting nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and deeper connection between body and mind. Within a therapy session, we can explore movement through yoga or other somatic practices to help release what is stuck in the body. My goal is always to create a safe, compassionate space where healing can unfold naturally.
