Jamie Hogan

In 2006 I started my journey in the counseling field and since then, I have found that a whole body approach is important for healing. Often parts of us are left unattended, and our symptoms continue. We never fully feel healed.  I use a variety of skill sets to help each person find their healing. As no two people are the same, the journey and experience is different for everyone.

A large influence on my therapeutic style is DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) which includes the practice of mindfulness. For those looking for practical skills to help find relief from mental health symptoms, this a great place to start.

I have found that more and more people are wanting to explore their spiritual side and develop what feels right to them. Others want to focus on developing their energy healing skills and find out more about their soul purpose. I have been an energy healer for over 10 years, a Reiki Master/Teacher for over 5 years and welcome guiding others into finding their purpose.

I recently obtained my RYT200 (registered yoga teacher) and I am certified in Yin Yoga.I am also pursuing trauma yoga training from the Trauma Conscious Yoga Institute and I am working toward certification.
